Job Summary:
We are a major player in the Real Estate Coaching domain across US & Canada and are seeking a skilled HR Manager with a strong background in IT to oversee the Performance Evaluation and KPI Management of our remote staff working from home. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in dealing with diverse cultures, adapting and adopting to different cultural norms while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing full-time and part-time IT professionals through platforms like Upwork and Fiver, etc. Flexible working hours from the luxury of your home!

Responsibilities:
1. IT Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including software developers, IT engineers, cybersecurity professionals, data analysts, and other IT-related roles.
2. Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, interviews, and technical assessments to ensure candidates possess the necessary skills and fit the company’s culture.
3. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
4. Implement effective performance evaluation systems and manage key performance indicators for remote IT staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
5. Adapt and Adopt Different Cultures: Who has prior experience dealing with different people all over the world.
6. Making sure the Company’s Policies and Procedures are being followed 100%
7. Collaborate with remote IT staff, providing HR support, addressing queries, and resolving employment-related issues promptly.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role within the IT industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field (preferred).
3. Strong background in IT or experience working closely with IT professionals.
4. Familiarity with performance evaluation methodologies and KPI management.
5. Excellent cross-cultural communication and adaptability skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
7. Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and nurture remote talent via Upwork and Fiverr, etc.
8. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
