Support Nest, a provider registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Australia, is looking for an experienced freelancer to help build an offshore digital marketing team in the Philippines. The NDIS is a governmental initiative in Australia that offers support and services to individuals with permanent and significant disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead talent sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding for a digital marketing team.
Manage the recruitment process effectively, ensuring alignment with our company culture and goals.
Coordinate with management to understand specific role requirements and expectations.
Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting and managing offshore teams, particularly in the Philippines.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in coordinating large-scale recruitment projects.
Understanding of the legal structures for offshore company setup in the Philippines.
Desirable Qualities:

A track record of sourcing top talent in the Philippines.
Experience in leading similar recruitment projects.
