Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating pre-employment activities, paperwork, and orientation sessions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing assistance throughout the onboarding process.
• Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, including offer letters, employment contracts, and company policies and procedures.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce employees to company culture, values, and expectations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have access to necessary tools, resources, and training materials.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop onboarding plans tailored to each new employee’s role and responsibilities.
• Collect and maintain accurate employee information
• Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements as needed.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with new hires and managers to address any issues or concerns.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to enhance the new employee experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology degree or related field.
• Proven experience in HR, onboarding, or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-growing or startup environment.
Familiarity with remote onboarding processes and tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
