Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Operations Associate. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting recruiting activities for the company and supporting the onboarding tasks for new hires.

This is a remote position with the opportunity to grow and learn within a fast-paced company specializing in pool care and services based in Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting activities by assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

• Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the interview process.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

• Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

• Assist with offboarding tasks as needed, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining confidential employee files.

• Collaborate with team members to improve HR operational processes and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience, ideally in HR for North America-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes.
• Experience working with cloud-based tools such as G Suite, Slack, and HRIS Systems such as Gusto.
• Superb English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and timely follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A dependable computer, power connection, and high-speed internet + backup hotspot.
• A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Willingness to log hours using a time tracker, such as Hubstaff.
