HR person needed

Wanted: HR person for helping hire, manage team

Do you have experience with helping hiring and managing a team? Would you like to work with a growing digital marketing company and wear a few hats in helping us answer and review hiring emails, promote videos in forums, ? Does working with a high-performance team excite you? If so, we’re looking for you!

You:
– good with reading, writing and speaking English
– have a Masters degree
– Figure out how to fix it instead of who is to blame
– Have a strength in being meticulous
– Have at least 5 years experience working in HR

The Opportunity:

The mission of Atomic Digital’s team is to drive growth through portfolio optimization and operational excellence, working collectively together to achieve better results. The person in this position is an expert at preparing thoughtful and high-quality work. Detailed weekly reports on results, ideas for improvement, and planning how to work more efficiently will be the core focus, allowing Atomic Digital to rapidly grow into new markets. You will play an integral role in the team.

This role requires an individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to your success. Meeting targets and delivering on promises is a non-negotiable for you.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position. We value flexibility and freedom.

Responsibilities:

– Help create SOP’s that need to be created
– Review applications and do 1st interviews
– Do weekly reports on team progress
– Help Develop systems for tracking progress of team
– Assist others as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

– Masters Degree
– Strong interpersonal skills and pride in high-quality output
– A team-player who wants to participate in building the most impactful Digital Marketing company on the planet
– Excellent communication skills
– Tracking team to make sure team stays on target
– Ability to perform tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail

Compensation: Php 60,000 – 10000/month
