Summary:
Exciting Kids Gaming Start-up is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Personnel/Recruiter to join our team. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce for our start-up. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-notch talent for both technical and non-technical roles, as well as developing and implementing HR practices to support our team’s growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
– Understand hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions for technical and non-technical positions, based on our scorecards.
– Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
– Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the company.
– Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
– Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
2. Onboarding and Employee Development:
– Develop and maintain onboarding documents and processes to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
– Work with the team to create training and development programs that enhance team’s skills and contribute to their professional growth.
– Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally, to support employees’ continuous learning.
3. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
– Contribute to the development of the employer brand and assist in building a strong online presence on professional networks and social media platforms.
– Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment marketing activities to attract potential candidates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.
– Knowledge of best practices in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR processes.
– Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and applicant tracking systems.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, employees, and management.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
– Passion for the gaming industry and a genuine interest in children’s entertainment is a plus.
