Job Title: Recruitment Specialist/Hiring Manager – Filipino Market

Job Description:
Our company is seeking a Recruitment Specialist who will also serve as a Hiring Manager, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring Filipino candidates for various job openings. The successful candidate will be passionate about connecting Filipino job seekers with excellent employment opportunities, have experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, and have the skills and expertise to manage the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage Filipino candidates for open job positions
Utilize various recruitment channels such as social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events to source qualified Filipino candidates
Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified Filipino candidates
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers and onboarding new hires
Create and maintain a pipeline of Filipino candidates for current and future job openings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Filipino communities, organizations, and educational institutions to promote job opportunities and increase candidate pool
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year of experience as a Hiring Manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Passion for helping Filipino job seekers find meaningful employment opportunities
