We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and posting open positions on various job boards, screening and interviewing applicants, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on remote work positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and post open positions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for virtual assistant roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Administer skills assessments and tests to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in relevant areas.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
Provide support and guidance to new employees during their initial transition period.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system of potential and current candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Continues to build a pool of candidates for our applicant tracking system
Promote our company culture and values to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
Participate in online forums, and other events to represent the company and network with potential candidates.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruiting.
Proven experience in recruiting for remote work positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 8am to 12pm CST
