Nationally recognized, award-winning U.S. home care company seeks a Remote HR Recruiter to join their close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a knack for persuasion and prior experience in successful hiring practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and assessing candidates for caregiving positions. This will involve utilizing recruitment tools, scheduling virtual interviews with candidates, collecting information from the candidates, and screening / prioritizing the best applicants. You must also have strong English verbal and written communication skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to be friendly, persuasive, a good listener, self-motivated, organized and emotionally intelligent. The Employer aims to build lasting relationships with their caregivers and that process begins with you! As part of the job, you will have lots of interaction via phone, Instant messaging, and email with applicants as well as the Office Administrator and Director of Operations. There will be goals and quotas for prospecting and recruiting.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
> Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality caregivers.
> Create job descriptions, post job openings, and source candidates from various job sites.
> Source, screen, organize and interview potential caregiver candidates via phone or video
> Create & monitor recruitment metrics and report to the Office Administrator & COO.
> Schedule final interviews, remind applicants of interview dates/times
> Follow up with applicants who missed interview times; reschedule if necessary
> Maintain/build relationships with caregiver candidates that opt for other positions
> Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
> Proven track-record as a Recruiter or HR Administrator; experience in healthcare a plus
> Knowledgeable of applicant tracking systems and databases.
> Comfortable with digital communication tools (messaging, video, sharing/collaboration)
> Self motivated, able to work independently, excellent communication skills
> Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Persuasive!
> Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
> Full Time 40+ hours per week; overtime opportunities are possible
> M-F, mostly U.S. hours
