We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our continued growth. As HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support our team of Media Buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the needs of our Media Buyers and drive company growth
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for Media Buyers, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, such as benefits and employee relations
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, and provide regular updates to the management team
• Collaborate with the management team to align HR initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in an HR Manager role or similar, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, and their application in the media buying industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with employees and senior management
• Organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Familiarity with the media buying industry is a plus, but not required.
