We are currently looking for a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter/Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in welcoming and supporting our incoming workers. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset and a passion for learning, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Managers to post job ads on careers pages, process incoming resumes, and actively source candidates.
Lead recurring virtual introductory meetings with prospective new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure seamless HR operations.
Update HR databases with new hire information, separations, rate changes, and title changes.
Create and manage organization charts and directories for smooth communication and collaboration.
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive and efficient welcome experience.
Play a vital role in payroll preparation to ensure timely and accurate payments for our valued team members.
Handle employees’ requests promptly and provide relevant information to address their needs.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars to foster a continuous learning environment.
Conduct background screenings to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Conduct internal surveys to gather valuable feedback and improve our work environment.
Embrace any other duties as assigned with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
Qualifications & Experience:
Possess a high school diploma.
Previous recruiting and administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating your organizational and multitasking skills.
