I. GENERAL INFORMATION.
Position title: HR Recruiter / Generalist
Work area: Human Resources
Reports to: CEO & Director of Operations
II. POSITION’S GOAL.
Acquiring top talent for the company. This includes creating, learning, and implementing a talent acquisition process, creating effective tools for staff recruitment, and managing various recruitment and selection processes. This involves creating job descriptions, job posts, conducting email and phone interviews, and identifying and selecting the best candidates for each role. Eventually, the person in this role will become the head of HR if all goes well with recruiting the right people and creating SOP’s.
III. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
DAILY:
Write and post job posts on different platforms
Determine the skills the candidate should have for the position
Create internal CVs
Follow internal hiring processes
Feed and keep databases updated
Attend all company meetings on time.
Take note of possible tools for positioning internal clients.
Take note of internal candidates and their skills for possible growth.
Process internal growth opportunities for employees.
Answer candidate’s inquiries and requests.
Follow up on the candidate’s hiring process.
Work actively to attract talent to the company.
Take notes to later decide on the suitability of a candidate
Design, plan and execute the onboarding process of new employees
Reading and analysis of psychometric tests
Provide training.
Ensure the effective use of the human resources
Preparation of payroll, pre-payroll and benefits.
Attend to staff inquiries and requests
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Ensure that staff live the organizational culture
Development of job descriptions
Personnel management, hiring, termination, and incidents
Keeping personnel records up to date.
MONTHLY:
Follow up on the department’s Gap Map and, if necessary, make adaptations.
Execute the instructions of the supervisor regarding the priority positions for the month.
Carry out the hiring and onboarding process for each selected candidate.
Keep track of interviewed candidates in the project management app database.
Complete any necessary job descriptions
File candidates.
QUARTERLY:
Create a department’s Gap Map and set goals.
In accordance with those goals, establish the work plan.
Identify suitable platforms for recruiting the type of candidate.
Conduct a market study to rank potential candidates.
Identify possible new positions according to the market.
Propose internal candidates for growth opportunities.
Propose plans and tools to make internal career growth possible.
SEMESTRIAL:
Receive performance evaluations.
Properly documented archive of accepted and rejected candidates.
Complete the goals of the previous two quarters.
Ensure the filling of key positions marked as a goal for the year.
Position internal talent in key positions.
Verify the operational flow of agents.

VI. JOB PROFILE.
Schedule
9AM – 6PM EST (with 1 hour lunch break)
Location: Remote
SALARY RANGE:
$850 – $1,300 USD per Month
