HR Recruiter Needed To Interview and Onboard Team Members

Hi There,

My name is Chris and I own a Commercial Cleaning Company and you know what, I hate holding interviews. Due to the nature of my business, I hold weekly group interviews via Zoom. Because I never know if cleaners will quit, or fall below standards and I will have to terminate them I always need to be prepared.

The problem is I hold these interviews every Tuesdays and Fridays from 6pm to 7pm and sometimes I need to be in the field which prevents me from holding my interviews and put me in a potentially risky situation.

That’s why I need a ROCKSTAR Recruiter to manage my recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including Indeed screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Duties will include:
Designing and updating job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates using Calendly
Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via zoom)- weekly
Advertise job openings on social media Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers – Me
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation
Monitor key HR metrics, including applicants, Interviews, Starts and Stops Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Required Skills:

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems – Google Drive
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
