Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As the Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our organization’s growth. Your expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring processes will contribute to building a dynamic and diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
Conduct reference checks and verify employment backgrounds.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and salary offers.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Should have access to various job platforms.
At least 2 experience as an HR Recruitment Specialist, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methods.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases (Testgorilla, Linkedin Recruiter, Docusign etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using social media and other recruitment tools to attract top talent.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
