Job Description
Immediate opening for a full-time recruiter coordinator position within the Human Resource Department a 100% WFH Remote Position. This position is for someone who has exceptional verbal and writing skills and can multitask, has strong organizational skills, pays attention to detail, and works under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful and clear English-speaking voice.

The current position is working with our largest clients in the telecom industry (At&t/Spectrum/Frontier/Verizon/Comcast). We develop personal and professional relationships with customers on behalf of our clients. We are expanding and building a development center in the Philippines for 2024 and beyond.

Other Requirements

• Latest-model computer (preferably Core i3 or higher, and at least 8GB ram)
• Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working.

• Good quality noise-canceling headset
Responsibilities
* Managing recruiting process, including composing job descriptions for new positions,
keeping various job boards up to date with current listings, phone screening incoming
candidates and may, at times, participate in interviews and handling all communication
with candidates. Administer recruitment advertising and track results.
* Track interview results and ensure timely submission of interview feedback and hiring
decisions. Maintain a complete record of interviews and track recruiting data.
* Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel and recruitment files
* Assist in managing hiring process, including communication with new hires prior to start
date, ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and filed.
* Assist in conducting company new hire orientations
* Help plan employee engagement and teambuilding events
* Work hours are weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (12mn – 9 am Manila Time)

Salary and Benefits
• 125 PHP hourly rate
• Hourly Full time (40 hours minimum, more if you want)
• 13-month pay
• Bi-weekly Bonuses
• Possible annual performance bonus
