Job Description:
The HR and Recruiting Specialist will play a crucial role in our organization’s hiring process, focusing on managing job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and identifying company needs to fill open positions. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can take initiative and ensure the best candidates are hired to contribute to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Job Advertising and Management
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Monitor and manage job postings, making updates as needed to attract the best talent
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of job ads, making recommendations for improvements when necessary
• Resume Screening and Candidate Interviewing
• Review and screen incoming resumes, identifying qualified candidates for open positions
• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews with prospective candidates, either in person or via video conferencing platforms
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of job requirements and identify the best candidates for each position
• Company Needs Assessment and Position Fulfillment
• Work closely with department managers to identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth plans
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Candidate Selection and Hiring
• Coordinate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions, ensuring the best candidates are chosen to meet company needs
• Extend job offers to selected candidates, providing necessary information about the position, compensation, and benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate data, interview notes, and hiring decisions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the [industry] sector
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with video conferencing platforms for conducting interviews
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
