Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in full-cycle HR recruitment, onboarding, and release processes across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leveraging both traditional job boards and social media platforms to source and attract top talent. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our company hires the best and most qualified employees.

Job Description
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
– Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other digital channels to source potential candidates.
– Perform phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
– Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
– Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
– Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
– Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
– Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
– Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs and training materials.
– Maintain and update HR databases with candidates’ data.
– Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms, as necessary.
– Handle the release process in a manner that respects both company protocol and employee dignity.
– Process and maintain HR-related documentation, such as contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and performance evaluations.
– Assist in auditing and reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
– Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in full-cycle HR recruitment, including onboarding and release processes.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Must be fluent in English.
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
– Demonstrated experience in social media recruitment, including sourcing and engaging with candidates on various platforms.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven recommendations.
