We are looking for an experienced Headhunter who can look for potential applicants via social media and in-person interviews.
Our company is focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. Mineral rights are a piece of real estate in which an individual owns the rights to produce natural gas, oil, coal, metals, water, etc.
We are growing very quickly, having doubled in size since July 2020, and are currently on track to triple in size by year-end 2023. We look forward to hiring motivated hard workers to help us achieve a strong 2023 together. As our team continues to expand, our focus now is in finding and retaining the best talent to upgrade our teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate with the recruitment team to determine the requirements for the available positions
* Define the requirements for open positions accurately
* Find candidates through professional networks, internet sites, and social media channels. This includes browsing resume databases, portfolio sites and joining social media groups and professional networks and interacting with potential candidates such as Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
* Develop and foster relationships with talent across multiple industries
* Prepare and send job offers and recruitment emails to qualified candidates
* Follow up with prospective candidates on a timely basis
* Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates
* Contact industry professionals to ask for referrals if needed
* Prepare and present time-to-hire reports for managerial staff
* Maintain and update applicant tracking system / database
QUALIFICATIONS
* Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably as a headhunter, recruiter, or similar.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or similar field
* Strong oral and written communication skills especially during a cold call
* With advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques. Proficiency in using Linkedin and Facebook is a plus.
* With an excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Excellent persuasion abilities, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
* Ability to manage time properly, multitask and prioritize daily workload
* Ability to work closely with the recruiting team and provide timely feedback
* Availability to travel to meet with potential candidate in person to discuss job offer is preferred
* Must be available to work full time during US business hours
