Job Description:
The HR Specialist is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for providing support and expertise in various aspects of HR functions. This role requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication skills to effectively assist with HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The HR Specialist will collaborate with HR managers, employees, and partners to create a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
2. Help develop and maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
3. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.
Assist in off-boarding activities, including exit interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for employees, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
5. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws in handling sensitive employee information.
6. Support the resolution of employee relations issues by listening to concerns and assisting in investigations when necessary.
7. Encourage a positive work environment and foster employee engagement initiatives.
8. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure company HR policies are up-to-date and compliant.
9. Support HR manager in conducting HR audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven work experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
5. Proficiency in HR software and systems for record-keeping and data analysis.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
4. Familiarity with HRIS software to manage employee records and other HR-related data.

Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time)
Salary Range:
Php35,000-40,000
