Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage the recruitment process for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding the right talent.

Responsibilities:

Develop and post the job listing for the Part-Time Marketing Assistant position.
Source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for the role.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with Clearview Landscaping management.
Provide recommendations and assist in the selection process.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
