Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands — mainly in the gym and fitness category.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an HR specialist who is experienced in recruitment and data organization, commits, and is awesome like us. He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week on a fixed schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT (with an hour-long lunch break in between) from Monday to Friday. He/she must have/be the following:

-Ability to multitask
-Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones (For meetings)

What would the tasks be?
-Streamlining and managing the recruitment and hiring process, which includes determining job descriptions, preparing questionnaires and work tests, posting job ads across various platforms, actively searching for the right candidate(s), screening applications, helping candidates go through the different stages, conducting interviews, doing reference and background checks, arranging final interviews with the CEO, and finally drawing up the necessary contracts.
-Assisting the new hires going through their onboarding;
-Drawing up all employee-related contracts, making sure they get signed, and keeping them documented;
-Ensuring the company is compliant with the HR side of things;
-Acting as a mediator on conflicts, if the need arise;
-Creating employee folders and keeping them updated by uploading legal documents; tracking hours, absences, and pays; entering performance reviews; etc.
-Preparing payslips every time pays are released, ensuring they get signed by all concerned parties, and keeping those files.
-Doing performance reviews to assess who is eligible for raises and/or promotions or termination.
-Update policies
