Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving HR-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
