Responsibilities:
Hiring:
– Source potential candidates through various channels.
– Conduct interviews and screenings.
– Maintain the Hiring System.
– Post job listings on appropriate platforms.
– Coordinate with Department Leads and schedule final interviews.
– Extend job offers and assist in contract creation.
HR Tasks:
– Maintain HR records including birthdays and anniversaries (coordinate with SMM team for celebrations).
– Schedule employee evaluations in coordination with HR manager.
Administrative Tasks:
– Assist with administrative tasks such as setting up SOPs on ClickUp, tools setup, and coordination with different departments.
Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administration.
– Comfortable using time tracking software like Hubstaff.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Proficient in project management tools such as ClickUp, Google Sheets, Hubstaff, and Discord.
– Excellent communication skills.
