We currently have an opening for an enthusiastic and highly experienced HR Specialist. The role will start as a 6-month contract with view to become permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who can join our company to coordinate and support with the recruitment process, be able to head hunt suitable candidates, onboard newcomers to the company, provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements, develop adequate induction and training, support employee opportunities for professional development, and assist with performance management and review process.

This is a highly people-focused role which requires strong collaboration, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

What you will need: (Please ensure you meet these min requirements before you apply)

* A ‘minimum Bachelor’s degree’ or equivalent in Human Resource or Business

* Proven commercial experience in the HR field

* Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 2.30pm (Philippines time), including public holidays. Alternative public holidays are available

* Able to work from home, own laptop to start with, have good and reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

* The ability to converse and interact professionally and comfortably with colleagues.

* Understanding and awareness of the industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits in workplace

* A secondary degree/expertise in Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics etc.) or related will be an added advantage. Tell me what your secondary expertise is!
