What is the role?
Our team is welcoming visionaries, real estate enthusiasts, and prospective team members who have the same passion to serve our guests and partners exceptionally. Frontdesk Inc, has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Specialist. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Team and ensuring the effective management of human resources functions. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, handle employee relations, and support various HR initiatives.
What will you do at Frontdesk?:
Employee Relations:
-Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
-Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
Benefits Administration:
-Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
HR Compliance:
-Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Data Management:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
-Generate HR reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
What are we looking for?:
-3-4 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
-Knowledge of US HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Proficient in Google suit, Rippling HRIS and Prism HRIS
