**Job Overview:**
We are actively seeking an experienced HR Specialist/Recruiter to enhance our dynamic team. The selected candidate will manage all facets of recruitment, ranging from sourcing potential candidates to welcoming new team members. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for talent and a robust drive to foster and expand our team. As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting the following positions:
– PR Services Operator
– Google Maps SEO Services Specialist
– Google Ads PPC Management Services Specialist
– Meta Ads PPC Management Services Specialist
– Client Communications Manager
– Premium Website Developer and Designer
– Website SEO Specialist
– Backlinker
– Project Manager
– Logo Designer
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate closely with management to comprehend and execute recruitment needs and strategies for the roles specified above.
2. Supervise all stages of candidate experience, including sourcing, interviewing, providing feedback, negotiating offers, and orchestrating onboarding.
3. Formulate and manage job advertisements on a variety of job boards and social media platforms.
4. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and relevant experience.
5. Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies to ensure timely candidate placements.
6. Guarantee adherence to all legal requirements pertaining to employee recruitment.
7. Establish and manage comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires.
**Qualifications:**
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven track record as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
3. Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
4. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
5. Robust interviewing skills and experience with various interview techniques.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Outstanding organizational abilities.
