Job Description

The HR and Admin Supervisor is responsible to the HR and Admin Manager for all phases of SDC HR and Admin operations.

Purpose:

The HR and Admin Supervisor is responsible for maintaining administrative and personnel services in order to meet Departmental requirements and support SDC operations.

Scope:

The HR and Admin Officer reports to the HRA Manager and is responsible for assisting with and supervising the Timekeeping, Personnel administration, and managing Departmental operations. The HRA Officer must work within Company Policies and Procedures and in compliance with all DOLE, LGU and SBMA acts and legislations.

REPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administer employer files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of salaries, benefits and allowances.

– Administer employment contracts.
– Verify and report in benefits payments.
– Maintain the leave management systems.
– Review remittances.
– Supervise TK process.

2. Supervise Administrative services within the department.

– Mange the filing, storage and security of documents.
– Assist in the preparation of memorandums, policies and procedures.
– Respond to inquiries from Internal and External customers
– Administer contacts
– Plan, develop and provide training and employee development programs using effective and accepted methods.
– Oversee full-cycle Recruitment of posting vacancies and interviews.
– Oversees tracking of employment contracts and provides feedback to the HR manager on probationary status and rewards.

– Assists the HR manager in coordinating with SBMA, DOLE and local LGU Units to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
– Maintains historical HR records by designing and filing and retrieval systems, keeping past and current records.
– Assists the HR manager in developing, maintaining, and promoting a positive work atmosphere and employer recognition program.
– Presents the HRAD in meetings/conference the absence of the HRM Manager.
– Assists in the formulation of Policies and Procedures as needed by the company.
– Performs other related HR activities assigned by the HR Manager.
