Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist management in formulating and administering personnel policies and
programs.
2. Manages the implementation of company rules and regulations.
3. Coordinates with manpower and security provider about each department concerned,
check, monitor and evaluate their service and request for improvement plans if
needed.
4. Plans/Prepares Annual Training Matrix and Training Plan. Coordinates the
implementation of the in-house training programs and acts as facilitator as needed.,
Process/collect all the necessary documents and data in compliance with the training
procedure.
5. Oversees all stages of the recruitment process including posting job openings,
screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Prepares/Checks employment contracts.
6. Process visa and AEP renewal of all Japanese staff.
7. Address employee conflicts, complete investigations as required and work with
management to impose employee discipline or corrective action. Coordinates with
pertinent people for immediate resolutions of issues/concerns.
8. Facilitates/Assists organization of various committees to implement such programs.
9. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
such as but not limited to organizational chart, employees job descriptions, training
records, etc.
10. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents
are collected and filed appropriately.
11. Taking care of checking, evaluating and renewal of Service provider’s contract.
12. Keeps updated on new government laws, rulings, and announcements applicable to
the company and employees.
13. Prepares monthly and quarterly report to be discussed on the scheduled monthly
management review/meeting.
14. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as company-wide
meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, CSR Activities, etc.
15. Ensure compliance with DOLE, PEZA and Daiichi Ecozone standard rules and
regulations related to labor and health.
16. Promotes employee’s health and well-being programs.
17. Oversees/checks all the work of HR Staffs/ HR Leader. Supervises utilities, and admin drivers.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
? BS Psychology Graduate
? With 3-5 years of experience as an HR practitioner
? Smart, hardworking, can work with less supervision.
