BONUS: $25 for every candidate who joins the team after a successful test week

Hi there! We’re on the hunt for a sociable and experienced Talent Recruiter from the Philippines to join our (fully Filipino) eCommerce team. This is a part-time role where you’ll be the key player in finding and recruiting the best freelance talent from the Philippines.

It’s a part-time position, which may grow into a full-time position eventually when we’re really happy with you (and when the business is growing even harder ;)) If you love connecting with people and have a knack for spotting top talent, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
– Generate Job Descriptions: Create accurate and appealing job descriptions.
– Post Job Vacancies: Use job portals, social media, and networks to post 1-2 listings weekly for maximum exposure and a steady stream of candidates.
– Review Resumes: Analyze resumes to assess candidate qualifications.
– Interview Candidates Together: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate fit, skills, and experience together with us.
– Create Interview Questions: Develop questions to assess candidates based on profiles and job requirements.
– Narrow Down Candidates: Shortlist top candidates for final consideration.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in talent recruiting.
* Strong background in HR management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of various recruiting platforms and methods.
* Fluent English both verbal and written (C1+)
* Join our weekly team meetings
