This role is pivotal in identifying and matching top talent to job descriptions, engaging with hiring firms to establish subcontractor relationships, and expanding our network of employer clients by positioning us as a preferred supplier of talent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Recruitment:**
– Review and analyze resumes to ensure alignment with job descriptions and client requirements.
– Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
– Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and current information.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

**Business Development:**
– Identify and reach out to potential hiring firms to propose subcontractor partnerships.
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
– Conduct market research to identify potential employers who could benefit from our talent supply services.
– Craft compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with [Your Company Name].
– Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts.

**Client Engagement:**
– Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and relationship management.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
