1. Develop and Implement HSEQ Policies and Procedures:
– Create and maintain documentation of processes, policies, and procedures to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. Ensure these documents are accessible and understood by all employees.

2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
– Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and assess risks to health and safety, as required by ISO 45001. Implement preventive and mitigative measures to manage these risks.

3. Quality and Safety Audits:
– Plan and conduct internal audits to verify that HSEQ management systems meet ISO standards and identify areas for improvement. Prepare the organisation for external audits.

4. Continuous Improvement:
– Implement a continuous improvement process that aligns with ISO 9001’s emphasis on enhancing customer satisfaction and ISO 45001’s focus on improving safety performance.

5. Training and Awareness:
– Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of their HSEQ responsibilities, the importance of meeting ISO standards, and how to perform their tasks safely and efficiently.

6. Incident Investigation and Reporting:
– Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes, report findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, in line with ISO 45001 requirements.

7. Management Review Meetings:
– Organise and facilitate management review meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of the HSEQ management system, discuss audit results, and plan for continual improvement.

8. Compliance with Legal and Other Requirements:
– Ensure that the organisation remains in compliance with applicable HSEQ legal requirements, industry standards, and any other requirements related to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

9. Supplier and Contractor Management:
– Evaluate and select suppliers and contractors based on their ability to meet the organisation’s quality and safety standards, as required by ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

10. Performance Monitoring and Measurement:
– Establish and maintain procedures for monitoring and measuring HSEQ performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
