Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – 90,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

HubSpot Best Practices: Set up and implement HubSpot best practices in a newly established environment, including sales tracking, documentation standards, lead cycles, account segregation, and customized dashboards.
Marketing Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign outcomes and correlate them with sales outcomes to provide valuable insights to the sales team, aiding in goal setting and achievement.
Email Automation: Set up and execute email automation, tracking conversions for the sales team and optimizing email marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Reporting and Dashboarding: Develop templated reporting and dashboarding solutions within the CRM, empowering stakeholders with real-time visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.
Continuous Improvement: Innovate and iterate on inbound sales processes in HubSpot based on data-driven insights, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders based in the U.S., effectively communicating challenges, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement within the HubSpot CRM environment.
CRM Automations: Create and implement various CRM automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Content Support: Assist with website content creation as needed, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and strategies.
Prospecting Assistance: Support the sales team with prospecting opportunities as required, leveraging CRM data to identify potential leads.

The Requirements

2+ Years of HubSpot CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience as a domain expert in HubSpot CRM, proficient in building sales tracking systems, documentation standards, lead cycles, account segregation, and customized dashboards.
Email Marketing Mastery: Proven experience building email marketing automations within HubSpot, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment and audience engagement.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze detailed data, pulling sales and marketing data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for team optimization.
SEO and Inbound Marketing: Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and experience implementing inbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
List Management Expertise: Proficiency in list management within HubSpot, including forms and objects, data cleaning, and preparing flat files for contact info uploads.
Healthcare Marketing Experience: Previous experience in healthcare marketing or sales in the U.S., bringing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Data Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze data from multiple sources, synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations.
Communicator: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Behavioral Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and prompt in completing deliverables.
Time-Zone Friendly: Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
