Job Overview

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Admin to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of HubSpot development and administration, with a keen interest in marketing and a knack for creativity. We are looking for someone who is not only technically adept but also personable, quirky, and inquisitive, capable of bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table.

Key Responsibilities
• HubSpot Development:
– Utilize HubSpot development tools and resources to create custom solutions and integrations.
– Implement advanced functionalities and features using HubSpot API, workflows, and custom modules.
– Stay updated with the latest HubSpot developments and recommend innovative solutions to enhance processes.
• Develop custom templates, modules, and functionalities within HubSpot to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain integrations, workflows, and customizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular audits and optimizations to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in the integration of HubSpot with other systems and tools as needed.
• Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging HubSpot capabilities for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve overall system usability.

Requirements
• Full HubSpot certification (HubSpot Developer Certification) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in all aspects of HubSpot development, including custom modules, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with the HubSpot platform’s menus and functionalities.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing and configuring HubSpot environments, including integrations and customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and a passion for marketing and technology.
• Proven track record of implementing successful CRM strategies to drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with HubL and Python, preferred not required.
• Knowledge of inbound marketing principles and practices.
• Previous experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
• HubSpot certifications beyond the Developer Certification.
• Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
