Job Description

We are looking for a Content Writer with knowledge of HubSpot and graphic design to join our team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing.

Your responsibilities as a content writer will be conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, producing ideas for new content kinds, and proofreading pieces before publishing. We want to meet you if you’re experienced in creating internet content and have a keen eye for detail. Along with your application, feel free to submit samples of your work or a portfolio of your published pieces.

You’re expected to produce high-quality content that appeals to our target audiences, attracts customers, and increases brand awareness.

Experience in HubSpot is a requirement.

We also hope you could fill in other areas such as membership and customer service when necessary.

Responsibilities
-Conduct industry-related research (combining online sources, studies, and other sources)
-Write persuasive marketing content to promote our products and services
-Identify client demands and content gaps, and suggest new topics
-Edit and proofread blog posts before they go live.
-Submit work to editors/CEO for approval and feedback.
-Create illustrations for articles.
-Conduct easy keyword research and follow SEO standards to improve web traffic.
-Use social media to promote content
-Ensure uniformity throughout (style, fonts, images, and tone)
-As needed, update website content

Requirements and skills
-More than one year of experience in HubSpot
-Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
-Portfolio of published articles, if available
-Experience doing research using multiple sources
-Familiarity with web publications
-Excellent writing and editing skills in English
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Knowledge of Canva, photoshop, or other editing software for graphic design
-High-speed internet, equipment for work (laptop or PC)
-Problem-solver
– Figures out and finds solutions to an issue through Google, SOPs
-Detail Oriented
– Attention to detail is an absolute MUST.

This is a pure work-from-home (WFH) setup.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position
Must be willing to work US hours (8 AM to 4:30 PM PST)
