The Hubspot Administrator has a deep understanding of all products (hubs) in Hubspot. This role will work closely with all the divisions to ensure that all client and admin portals are set up with optimal methods, responsible of providing instructions on how to achieve a specific goal or how to leverage Hubspot to accomplish a goal. Know best practices in the Hubspot community. Understand how reporting ties into how Hubspot is set up to collect data. Executing complex logic pieces inside of Hubspot based on a strategic goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HubSpot Configuration: Customize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to meet the organization’s specific needs. This includes setting up user roles, permissions, custom fields, and workflows.

Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency within HubSpot by implementing best practices for data entry, deduplication, and data enrichment.

Integration: Integrate HubSpot with other software tools and platforms, such as email marketing systems, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms, to create a seamless tech stack. Reporting and

Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, sales activities, and customer service operations. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Automation: Develop and optimize automation workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service processes. This includes lead nurturing, email marketing, and sales automation.

Training and Support: Train employees on HubSpot best practices, features, and updates. Offer ongoing support to ensure us

QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s Degree
– At least 6 months of Experience in Hubspot, data analysis, and reporting
– Project management experience
– Customer Journey Mapping experience
– Hubspot Certified is a big plus!
– Experience in WordPress, CMS
– Willing to work on Pacific Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California Time). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
– Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
