Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. As a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot’s powerful tools.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot, including lead nurturing, email marketing, workflows, and marketing automation best practices.
– Manage and segment contact lists based on customer personas, behavior, and engagement.
– Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
– Continuously stay updated with HubSpot’s latest features, tools, and industry best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign outcomes.
– Collaborate with different teams to align marketing automation strategies with overall business objectives.
– Conduct A/B testing and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
– Assist in the integration of HubSpot with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced customer experience.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing automation campaigns.
– In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s marketing automation tools, including workflows, lead nurturing, email marketing, and reporting.
– Proficiency in segmentation, lead scoring, and contact list management within HubSpot.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in integrating HubSpot with other platforms is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
– HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Marketing Automation) are highly desirable.
– A proactive mindset, creativity, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and technologies.
