Client Overview:
*Our client, Jennifer, has a funded startup that specializes in a specialty product subscription. Her Gallup strengths are strategic, maximizer and arranger. She wants to stay in her zone of genius and have you help with her contacts in HubSpot and her social media communications. She is an inspirational woman with 15 happy employees and she’s looking for her 16th!

Client Requirements:
*Flexible with hours, but there must be some overlap so you can work together. She is in the Central US Time Zone.
*Must be Female
*B2B (Business to Business) experience.
*HubSpot experience
*LinkedIn experience
*Client relationship management experience
*Nice to have: Startup experience – not required, but startups are a different animal. We move fast. Constant pivoting.

Job Description:

Client Relationship Management:
*Implement and manage HubSpot; help identify potential B2B opportunities and outreach such as Airbnb, post surgery recovery centers, and other short term stays

Social Media
*Engage as her on LinkedIn (like and reply to comments on her posts)
*LinkedIn: send monthly newsletter from personal and company pages
* Act ask her on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

Administrative Tasks
*Review and respond to HARO and search for other free PR opportunities including speaking gigs for me
*Help complete grants, and other applications I might direct their way. She would provide most of the copy, and then review before anything was submitted. She has a significant file she has built in chat GPT and Apple notes that make this fairly straightforward.
