The HubSpot Consultant is a specialized role dedicated to providing expert guidance to our clients to leverage HubSpot’s suite of marketing, sales, and service tools effectively.
You will be the dedicated consultant to our client’s projects and are expected to provide strategy, best practices and training to our clients.
Along with the Program Manager you will be responsible for your client’s success in adopting HubSpot.

SKILLS:
– Deep strategic Hubspot understanding across all major hubs (Marketing, Sales & Service; Ops hub knowledge a plus)
– Provides strategic Hubspot direction to clients
– Proactive communicator and team player
– Your business background Understand client’s business and objectives
– Your technical background allows you to solutions architect and handle migrations and syncs

RESPONSIBILIITES:
The HubSpot consultant will be responsible for, but not limited tot he following:
– Lead client discovery and is able to fully develop comprehensive HubSpot strategies for clients based on our defined scope.
– Attend check in meetings with the clients and provide your expertise on topics to be covered and questions from the client.
– Proactively communicates with Program managers to provide direction and possible risks or blockers on the project.
– Offers guidance and mentoring to our implementation team, sharing best practices, and collaborating effectively to ensure client success.
– Successfully leads client training for marketing, sales and service teams and identifies any special requirements for particular clients based on their objectives.
– Provides technical guidance, overseeing complex integrations, and ensuring the technical aspects of HubSpot projects are executed seamlessly.
– Sets personal quarterly goals that align to the company’s objectives.
– Stay up-to-date with HubSpot’s latest features and best practices.
– Identifies opportunities for process improvement, new service offerings, and enhancements and proactively shares with team members.
– Identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HubSpot services, and contributing to new business development efforts through your strategic insights.

Key Performance Indicators
– 100% of project completion according to scope
– Client satisfaction score of 7 or higher
– 30% of project assignments successfully upsell
– Completes quarterly rocks defined together with their manager

REQUIREMENTS:
– HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, or HubSpot CRM Implementation, are required. If you do not have these certifications, but are otherwise qualified, you may seek certifications within the first 90 days of employment
– Deep knowledge of HubSpot & proven work experience (5+ years) utilizing HubSpot marketing and sales tools.
– 2+ years of client-facing role experience or managing HubSpot projects with multiple stakeholders
– Business understanding to provide sales, marketing and service teams and leaders guidance on their goals and challenges
– Excellent presentation & training skills.
– Have a polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner.
– Good common sense and logical thinking.
– Ability to solve problems as they arise.
– Ability to meet deadlines.
