HubSpot CRM Data Cleanup Specialist

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Cleanup Specialist to optimize our HubSpot CRM. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our CRM data, primarily focusing on the cleanup and maintenance of company properties.

Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning and Verification:
Format company names correctly and ensure they match the official website, excluding suffixes like LLC, Corp, etc.
Validate state abbreviations and format city names properly.
Accurately code industry data and consult with sales representatives when uncertain.
Validate and format phone numbers and verify website links are functional.
Identify and flag international companies for deletion unless they are current customers.
Schedule and manage the deletion of non-qualifying leads on a weekly basis.
Store deletion files on Google Drive weekly.
Maintain a rigorous standard of data cleanliness, aiming for an error rate of less than 3%.

Requirements:
Basic experience with LinkedIn, Google Maps, and Google Search for finding contact data.
Experience with Apollo or ContactOut for obtaining contact information is highly preferred.
Previous experience in lead generation is a plus.
An interest in the scientific field is advantageous.
Ability to reach out to sales teams for clarification in cases of data ambiguity.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data management or a related field.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
