Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time HubSpot Data Analyst to join our expanding team and contribute to our continued success. We are looking for an individual with a proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, experience in HubSpot, and the ability to think strategically with data.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and ready to tackle challenges. While comprehensive knowledge is not required, a willingness to learn and problem-solve is essential. “Thinking with data” entails leveraging data for both our business and our clients.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

HubSpot:
Proficiency in various packages and modules of HubSpot.
CRM: Manage CRM data processes ensuring data quality in HubSpot, including tasks such as accurate data importing and exporting with correct fields and properties.
Understand best practices for data storage in the CRM, including creating properties, lists, lead sources, etc.
Perform daily/weekly data hygiene checks, addressing duplicate records, managing marketing contacts in compliance with GDPR, updating and removing hard bounces and unsubscribers lists.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to identify, propose, and execute the best approach for creating static or active lists and data reporting for various marketing and sales campaigns.
Account Setup:

Configure various accounts in HubSpot, including the main account, as well as various setups for Marketing, Data, Sales, Services, and Operations.

Data Validation:
Validate collected data with the lead gen team using online tools or manual spot-checking to ensure data quality before uploading to the CRM, primarily HubSpot.

Reporting:
Develop various marketing and sales reports on HubSpot.
In cases where data is unavailable in HubSpot, gather data from SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc., to create Excel analyses and reports.
Proficient in creating Pivot tables in Excel.

Qualifications:
Must have the ability to import unstructured data into Excel and clean it.
Must have the ability to analyze and interpret data in Excel to a high standard.
Must have Excel certification.
