Job Description

We seek a full-time HubSpot data analyst to join our growing team and business. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, attention to detail, experience in HubSpot, and think with data.

The successful candidate is enthusiastic and up for a challenge. You don’t need to know everything, but you will roll up your sleeves and figure it out. “Think with data” means that you are not just data processing but taking the initiative of how we can achieve more with data as a business and our client’s businesses.

The qualified person should be experienced in HubSpot and have excellent Excel skills. The followings are the skills required and the responsibilities for this role.

HubSpot
Experienced in different packages and modules of HubSpot
CRM: the minimum requirement is to process CRM data and ensure data quality in HubSpot. Activities include but are not limited to:
Import and export data to HubSpot accurately with correct fields and properties
Understand the best way of storing data in the CRM, including when to create properties, lists, lead sources etc.
Daily/weekly data hygiene check: duplicate records, setting up and managing marketing contacts following GDPR, updating and removing hard bounces, unsubscribers lists
Working with the digital marketing team to identify, propose and execute the best approach for creating static or active lists and data reporting for different marketing and sales campaigns.
Account setup:
Various accounts set up in HubSpot, including the main account as well as various setups for Marketing, Data, Sales, Services and Operations
Data Validation
Work with the lead gen team to validate the data collected using online tools or spot-checking manually to ensure the data quality before uploading them to the CRM, mainly HubSpot.
Reporting
Set up various marketing and sales reports on HubSpot
When data is not available in HubSpot, gather data from SEMRush, Google Analytics etc., to create analysis and reports using Excel
Skilled in creating Pivot tables in Excel
Integration
Understand how to integrate different MarTech tools natively and use tools such as Zapier. The main platforms we use are HubSpot, SEMRush, Basecamp, Webflow

You’ll be involved in supporting our marketing and sales strategies programmes across several areas.

You should be comfortable working independently and with a team as the business needs require for this position.

We are located in the UK and support clients in the UK, Sweden, the US and other countries. We also have a delivery arm called Magnacca & Associates, which provides agency services primarily supporting gigCMO engagements. Our clients range from cleantech to fintech, e-commerce, extreme sports to deep AI, and archaeology to opera.
