HubSpot Specialist
Equip-Bid Auctions is hiring a HubSpot guru! We have a small but ever-growing team headquartered in Overland Park, KS, and we are seeking a talented, dedicated professional to manage our CRM and CMS workflows and automation.
The main responsibilities of a HUBSPOT SPECIALIST include:
• Creatively build out and finesse HubSpot modules, communicating with and training the Equip-Bid team on use and function of workflows for the improvement of overall efficiency and marketing capabilities
• Define the future state processes and the customer journey(s) that will govern how to implement HubSpot effectively
• Regularly update, clean, and maintain data flow from our website to the HubSpot database, ensuring contacts and leads are properly tagged and sorted according to marketing objectives
• Understand Equip-Bid’s processes and procedures across multiple departments in order to automate project and task management using HubSpot modules
• Provide support to the business development and sales teams by executing prospecting and lead/customer nurturing campaigns, as well as providing transactional support as needed on individual lead opportunities
• Effective data entry of information
• Research innovative solutions for potential integrations to assist with project costs and staffing restraints
• Ensure all email, chat, and SMS communication activities—as well as shared documents—are properly logged in the system, and information is up to date.
• Create marketing- and sales-related reports
• Dashboard creation and automation
• Workflow creation and automation
• Create and execute complex nurture or drip campaigns to improve engagement
• Build compelling and informative content in knowledge bases for both customers and leads
• Manage SEO health together with the Director of Marketing
• Measure online campaigns, ads, and initiatives to ensure optimum return on investment
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in Hubspot
• Hubspot Certified
• Demonstrated persistence. You should crave the opportunity to solve new problems every day and won’t give up when you don’t know the answer right away
• Be a patient teacher. If you get energized by helping others learn and achieve, especially those less technically savvy than yourself, we need you on our team
• Experience working with sensitive data
• Dashboard-building and reporting
• Knowledge in advanced data analytics
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Data visualization skills
It will also be favorable if you have the following:
• Project management experience
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Customer journey mapping experience
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
