We seek a full-time HubSpot Automation Expert to join our growing team and business. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, attention to detail, experience in HubSpot, and the expertise in marketing and/or sales automations.

The successful candidate is enthusiastic and up for a challenge. You don’t need to know everything, but you will roll up your sleeves and figure it out. “Think with data” means that you are not just data processing but taking the initiative of how we can achieve more with data as a business and our client’s businesses.

The qualified person MUST be experienced in HubSpot and have excellent marketing automation skills.

The followings are the skills required and the responsibilities for this role.

The HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist will work with the Client Services team to help our clients optimize HubSpot.
Implement HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub.
Migrate Clients from mailchimp etc. to HubSpot—including the migration of automations, assets, and data
Optimize HubSpot accounts to improve processes, automations, and data hygiene
Analyze, cleanse, and update CRM data to ensure data hygiene for our clients
Troubleshoot bugs, sync errors, and UX issues in HubSpot for our clients
Leverage monthly training budget and time allotment towards building deep expertise in HubSpot
Evaluate HubSpot accounts for optimization opportunities
Create reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track client KPIs and HubSpot performance
Support growth as a thought leader for HubSpot and the HubSpot Salesforce Integration

You’ll be involved in supporting our marketing and sales strategies programmes across several areas.

You should be comfortable working independently and with a team as the business needs require for this position.

We are located in the UK and support clients in the UK, Sweden, the US and other countries. We also have a delivery arm called Magnacca & Associates, which provides agency services primarily supporting gigCMO engagements. Our clients range from cleantech to fintech, e-commerce, extreme sports to deep AI, and archaeology to opera.
