Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
Assist in the creation of sequences for leads
Build dashboards in Hubspot to track and report on open rates/conversions, etc.
Manage funnels (i.e. create deals, update status, create tasks, etc.)
Upload, organize, and update leads or other data into the CRM
Pull missing data from online sources and enter into CRM
QC existing data and flag missing data elements as needed
Templated reporting and dashboarding within CRM
Assist with the creation of various CRM automation as needed
Perform contact imports with flat files
The Requirements
2+ years experience with CRM data management and automations
1+ years with HubSpot CRM
Experience with list management (forms and objects) and cleaning
Basic-intermediate Google Sheets experience for data pulls / uploads
Experience with marketing automation (sequences, workflows, reporting)
Experience preparing flat files for contact info uploads
Data Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze data from multiple sources, synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations.
Communicator: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Behavioral Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and prompt in completing deliverables.
Time-Zone Friendly: Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
