Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform to ensure seamless marketing automation, lead generation, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HubSpot’s tools and functionalities, and a proven track record of leveraging the platform to achieve measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM, including data integrity, workflows, and custom fields.
Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies using HubSpot tools (email marketing, social media, SEO, content creation, and lead nurturing).
Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes.
Create and manage landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) within HubSpot.
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align HubSpot initiatives with overall business goals.
Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and functionalities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and industry trends to continuously improve our usage of the platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
HubSpot certifications are a plus.
