Job Description

We are a start up company and right now we have over 5,000 contacts that we need to manage and handle. And we are looking for someone who will be taking charge with all of our current and future contacts in HubSpot.

Common responsibilities associated with the role:

HubSpot Platform Management: A HubSpot Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the HubSpot platform. This includes setting up and configuring the platform to align with the organization’s marketing, sales, and customer service strategies.

Inbound Marketing Campaigns: Creating and executing inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot tools. This involves developing content strategies, creating landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action, and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.

Marketing Automation: Designing and implementing marketing automation workflows within HubSpot. This can involve creating sequences of automated emails, lead nurturing workflows, and behavior-triggered actions to guide leads through the customer journey.

Content Creation: Developing and optimizing content for various stages of the buyer’s journey, including blog posts, Ebooks, whitepapers, videos, and more. The HubSpot Specialist may collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Lead Generation and Management: Implementing lead capture strategies and managing leads within the HubSpot CRM. This includes lead segmentation, scoring, and routing to the appropriate sales teams.

Email Marketing: Crafting and sending targeted email campaigns using HubSpot’s email marketing tools. This involves creating visually appealing emails, segmenting email lists, and analyzing email performance metrics.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using HubSpot’s reporting and analytics features. The specialist interprets data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimizing landing pages, forms, and other website elements to improve conversion rates. A HubSpot Specialist may conduct A/B tests and use data-driven insights to make improvements.

Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales efforts. This includes setting up integration between HubSpot and CRM systems.

Training and Support: Providing training and support to team members who use the HubSpot platform. This can involve creating documentation, conducting training sessions, and addressing user questions and concerns.

Stay Current with HubSpot Updates: Keeping up-to-date with new features and updates in the HubSpot platform to leverage the latest tools and functionalities for marketing efforts.

Strategy Development: Contributing to the development of overall marketing and inbound strategies, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

HubSpot Certifications: Earning and maintaining relevant HubSpot certifications to demonstrate expertise and stay informed about best practices.

Integration and Technical Setup: Configuring integrations between HubSpot and other tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and social media platforms.

ROI Measurement: Tracking the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and activities within HubSpot and presenting reports to stakeholders.
