As a Hubspot Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the use of Hubspot, a project management and productivity tool, to meet our clients’ specific needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and tailor Hubspot to drive efficiency, collaboration, and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Hubspot Configuration – Customize Click Up to align with clients’ needs, creating workflows, custom fields, task dependencies, and automation rules.
Evaluate the company and client’s marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives in order to define their ideal HubSpot set-up.
Able to pull reports out of HubSpot
Able to do Data Analytics
Create creative email copy and designs
Build and nurture campaigns
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Develop comprehensive inbound marketing strategies for B2B clients
Set and monitor marketing goals
Analyze marketing and sales data
Design and deliver client strategy presentations
Keep up to date with new releases, features, and tools for HubSpot CRM, and other systems
Identify and build out client personas in HubSpot
Understand the lifecycle stages in HubSpot
Qualifications:
3 years+ of HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
Strong competency with HubSpot automation, including building flows, process builders, and workflow rules
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
Must be proactive and a go-getter
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated; self-starter
Ability to work with minimal guidance
Ability to work independently and/or in teams
