We are seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our team full-time (initial 6 month contract) and play a crucial role in onboarding new brands to HubSpot, enhancing our CRM capabilities, and driving sales conversions through effective training and optimization.
Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a HubSpot Specialist at Impact Travel Group, you will be responsible for onboarding new travel brands onto the HubSpot platform, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and optimizing the CRM system to improve sales conversion rates. You will work closely with our diverse portfolio of travel brands and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot into their operations and maximize its potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new travel brands onto HubSpot.
Collaborate with brand representatives to understand their unique needs and objectives.
Configure HubSpot to align with brand requirements, including setting up workflows, automation, and integrations.
Training and Development:
Develop comprehensive training materials and resources tailored to each travel brand.
Conduct virtual/in-person training sessions for brand representatives and internal teams.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective usage of HubSpot.
CRM Optimization:
Analyze and evaluate the current CRM setup to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to optimize the CRM for increased sales conversions within the travel industry.
Monitor CRM performance and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics for each travel brand.
Utilize data insights to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to brand representatives and stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster strong working relationships with representatives from each travel brand and internal teams.
Communicate regularly with brand representatives to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot into each travel brand’s marketing and sales processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience working with HubSpot, including certification in HubSpot Marketing Software.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead nurturing, particularly within the travel industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
HubSpot certifications.
Experience in the travel industry, particularly with travel brands.
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a client-facing capacity.
