About the Role
As a HubSpot System Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s HubSpot Platform. You will ensure seamless integration with other systems, optimise internal processes, and provide essential support to various teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

System Management:
Oversee daily operations of the HubSpot platform, including CRM, marketing, sales, and service hubs.
Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and security within the HubSpot system.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.

Integration and Automation:
Integrate HubSpot with internal systems, Google Analytics, and third-party applications.
Create and maintain workflows, automation, and processes to streamline operations.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues.

Automation and Workflow Development:
Design, implement, and manage complex workflows and automation sequences to support marketing, sales, and service processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
Continuously optimise existing workflows and automation sequences to improve performance.

Data Management and Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Training and Support:
Provide training and support to users across the organization to ensure effective use of the HubSpot platform.
Develop and update user guides, documentation, and best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related queries and issues.

Strategy and Optimization:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand their needs and implement solutions.
Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates, new features, and best practices.
Recommend and implement improvements to maximise the value of the HubSpot platform.

Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements that can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of work experience as a HubSpot administrator or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, marketing, sales, and service hubs.
HubSpot certification(s) are a must
Strong understanding of data management, integration, and automation.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex workflows and automation sequences.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with SQL and database management
