We are seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot & Zapier Automation Specialist to join our team. As the HubSpot & Zapier Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation workflows, integrating various marketing tools with HubSpot, and managing Zapier integrations to automate our client’s business processes.
Schedule: Full time during Australian business hours (Ph dayshift)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing automation workflows using HubSpot
Integrate various marketing tools with HubSpot to automate marketing and sales processes
Manage Zapier integrations to automate various business processes
Work with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions to meet their business goals
Provide ongoing support to our clients to ensure their marketing automation and Zapier integrations are functioning smoothly
Develop and maintain HubSpot and Zapier documentation, best practices, and templates
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, HubSpot, and Zapier
Requirements:
Proven experience working with HubSpot and Zapier
Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and principles
Basic understanding of APIs
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
HubSpot and Zapier certifications are a plus
As a HubSpot & Zapier Automation Specialist, the day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing marketing automation workflows using HubSpot for clients to meet their business objectives.
Creating, setting up, testing, and managing Zapier integrations for clients to automate various business processes.
Integrating various marketing tools and software with HubSpot for clients to streamline their sales and marketing processes.
Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver effective solutions to meet their goals.
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients’ marketing automation and Zapier integrations to ensure smooth functioning.
Creating and maintaining documentation, best practices, and templates for HubSpot and Zapier automation processes.
Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing automation, HubSpot, and Zapier trends and best practices to continuously improve clients’ workflows.
Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure seamless integration with other marketing and sales channels.
Communicating with clients regularly to keep them informed of progress and any changes in the automation workflows or Zapier integrations.
Maintaining accurate records of all HubSpot and Zapier automation project activities for internal and client reporting purposes.
These tasks may vary depending on the specific needs of each client and the projects being worked on. The HubSpot & Zapier Automation Specialist may also be required to assist with other marketing and sales tasks as needed.
